Make the first sentence usable
Lead with the reason for writing so the recipient does not have to decode a long emotional introduction. For a message about how to tell someone to stop visiting your workplace, use this factual base: identify the content, account, place, person, channel, access, or behavior that must stop.
Reduce the work of responding
Offer simple options, a narrow question, or a clear update that can be understood without another conversation. Give the required action, any lawful deadline, and the one permitted route for necessary matters. Make the immediate next step clear enough that the recipient can answer without reconstructing the entire history.
Respect the boundary already visible
Do not debate the boundary repeatedly or threaten consequences you are not entitled to use. Save evidence, secure accounts, reduce access, and contact platform, workplace, legal, or emergency support when risk continues. A block, explicit refusal, legal restriction, or safety plan takes priority over the desire to explain more.
