One message per request, one recipient, one decision that is entirely theirs. These are the rules that hold that promise in place.

By using Kildr you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send a request. You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract. These terms apply to senders and, where relevant, to recipients acting on a request.
The primary purchase is one message request to one phone number. Optional premium-theme and read-receipt purchases are separate add-ons to that request. Payment for the request is complete when it is accepted into the delivery flow for the recipient to consider.
Payment does not buy attention, consent, a reading, a response, forgiveness, contact details, or any obligation of any kind on the recipient. Any structured response the recipient chooses to send is voluntary. Any expectation beyond delivery of the request is outside this agreement.
Each request carries one message. Kildr limits the same sender to one request to the same recipient every five minutes. You are paying for submission, not for arrival. If that recipient has blocked you, every later request is held rather than delivered and they receive no notification of it. If they choose to unblock a normal sender block, held requests are released one at a time, ten minutes apart. A permanent sender block created from the final Never contact me again flow cannot be removed through Kildr. If they never unblock you, the messages are never shown, and the payments are not refunded on that basis. Sending repeated requests to pressure, harass or intimidate someone, or using several numbers to get around a block, is a breach of these terms and will end your access to Kildr.
A recipient may decline a request, use a normal sender block, opt out of Kildr entirely, report an opened message, or send a structured response after opening. Declining is final for that message. A normal sender block may be removed only by the recipient. Never contact me again is a final response and may be followed by a permanent sender block or Kildr-wide block that cannot be removed through the normal unblock flow. You may not use Kildr to send anything that:
Paying is not a shield. Any of the above ends your access immediately, without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
You choose the message amount available in the product for your currency. The displayed Amount paid includes the active premium-theme purchase when one is bought. A read receipt is a separate sender-only add-on and does not charge or obligate the recipient. The amount is not paid to the recipient and is not held for them; it is the fee for the request. Payment is taken by our payment processor at the point of checkout, and the request only proceeds once payment has settled and you have confirmed your own phone number.
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Kildr the limited permission needed to store your message and show it to the intended recipient if they choose to open it. You are responsible for the content of your message and confirm that you have a legitimate reason to contact the recipient.
After opening a message, a recipient may voluntarily choose Text me, I need to think, or Never contact me again. Text me and I need to think can be changed only after a 10-minute cooldown. Never contact me again is final. The sender can see the current recipient response on the private status page, but no recipient is required to respond at all.
A normal sender block is controlled by the recipient and can be removed by the recipient later. Where the recipient uses the final Never contact me again flow and chooses a permanent sender block or Kildr-wide block, that permanent block cannot be removed through the ordinary unblock function.
Premium themes and read receipts are optional paid add-ons. A successful premium-theme purchase for the active theme is added to the displayed Amount paid total. A read receipt allows the sender status page to show Opened and Read when those events exist; without it, the sender's lifecycle visibility stops at Delivered. Neither add-on buys a response or creates any obligation for the recipient. Opening and reading are free for the recipient.
Delivery of the notification text message depends on mobile networks we do not control. We take reasonable care to deliver every request but cannot guarantee network delivery times.
Once created, the private recipient message page and sender status page do not expire because time passes. Their access codes are reusable access codes, not one-time codes. The relevant user can return with the private link and code later. Kildr data associated with a phone number can be removed through the verified self-service Delete my data flow.
Kildr is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the request in question. We are not liable for the outcome of any relationship, conversation, decision or consequence that follows from a message sent through Kildr. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or end access to Kildr where these terms are breached, where a request is reported as abusive, or where we are legally required to. Where access ends because of a breach, no refund is due. Restricting access for safety or legal reasons does not mean that the underlying record is automatically deleted.
We may update these terms. The updated date at the top of this page changes when we do, and the new version applies from that date.
